Terms & Conditions
By contacting EgyHealthGate or using our coordination services, you agree to the following terms. They are designed to protect patients, healthcare providers, and our coordination team while delivering safe and transparent medical travel experiences.
Scope of Services
EgyHealthGate is a coordination partner that facilitates communication between patients, hospitals, and licensed physicians in Egypt.
Medical advice and treatment plans are delivered by the attending healthcare providers, who remain responsible for clinical outcomes.
We do not replace the advice of your primary physician and recommend obtaining professional second opinions when making treatment decisions.
Booking & Payments
Consultation scheduling and hospital reservations are confirmed once the patient approves the proposed itinerary in writing.
All treatment and coordination payments are settled with EgyHealthGate, who then disburses funds to partner hospitals and service providers on your behalf.
If the trip is postponed or cancelled, patients are responsible for any non-refundable airline or hotel charges agreed to during booking.
Travel & Compliance
Patients are required to hold valid travel documents and comply with Egyptian visa and health regulations.
We will provide official invitation letters and appointment confirmations to support visa applications, but approval remains with the issuing authority.
Any changes in medical condition, medications, or allergies must be disclosed to the assigned care coordinator prior to travel.
Questions about these terms can be directed to legal@egyhealthgate.com. We reserve the right to amend this document to reflect regulatory changes or new service offerings; the latest version will always be available on this page.
